Independence Day

On the morning of the 4th we got ready for the full day ahead of us. We started with painting our nails, of course.

Then we went to downtown Richfield for the World's Best Parade.

Candy tastes better when it's thrown off of floats and bakes on the concrete for a little while.

For lunch we went into Central to the park behind the new church (the first LDS church in Central!), which is all right across the street from my Grandparents home. Grandma was given a very special lift over in the decked out golf cart. This picture makes me smile.

Grandma Debi and Grandpa Pat were Avery and Olivia's coaches/cheerleaders for all the races.

After each race you earned a quarter for finishing, then you turn the quarter in for a creamie. YUM!

We all joined in on the races and filled up on ice cream.

Uncle Jack and Grandma cheered on the sidelines.

Cora found her twin with her cousin Cade. They were born only three days apart! So cute :)
